Pittsburgh City Paper assumes no liability for errors in advertisements caused by not adhering to the deadline guidelines written above. Any changes or revisions on advertisements requested by client after final ad proof deadline may require an additional $100 plate charge fee billed to and paid for by client.

All camera-ready, full color advertisements must be received with a color proof. All color is process and may vary slightly when printed.
Mechanical Information
CAMERA-READY art is accepted electronically only. Client is responsible for the production and/or generation of all camera-ready advertisements. Pittsburgh City Paper assumes no liability for the reproduction quality or content of client-provided camera-ready advertisements that do not adhere to Pittsburgh City Paper's production guidelines. In addition, if City Paper's Production Department is required to make changes or alterations to a camera-ready ad that the client is receiving the 15% camera-ready ad discount, said discount will be reversed. Your Account Executive or Pittsburgh City Paper's Production Department can provide all production guidelines.
GUARANTEED POSITIONING is available to a 15% surcharge on the applicable earned contract rate (minimum ad size 1/4 page). Premium positions (when available) include: pages 2, 3 & 5, centerspread, inside back cover and editorial feature adjacency. Placement of color advertisements cannot be guaranteed. Separate rates available for back cover.
PRODUCTION SERVICES, ad layout and design are available at no cost to the advertiser. Typesettings, scanning, clipart and stock photos are available to create unique and professional advertisements used for our publication.
A $50 release fee will be charged for any advertisement created by Pittsburgh City Paper's Production Department that the advertiser wishes to use in any other publication.
