Pittsburgh City Paper can build your web ad* at no additional charge. Logo and any additional art or fonts to be used must be supplied by advertiser. Deadline for art submission to build your web ad is one week prior to scheduled run date.
You may create your own web ad and submit as camera ready. Deadline for client-produced ads is 3 days prior to scheduled run date. Ads must follow the submission specifications or they will be returned for resubmission.
Acceptable formats for camera ready ads are as follows:
.JPG and .GIF files
Animated .GIF files
Image resolution should be 72 pixels per inch and RGB color
ALL FILES SIZES MUST BE LESS THAN 100K
RICH MEDIA ADS are accepted in the following formats:
Entirely self-contained .SWF file, IFRAME, JAVASCRIPT/HTML5
Rich Media Ads that do not fully work inside a browser will not be accepted. Loop time for Rich Media Ads is optional.
